Terms of Service — AniBrick

  1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through the online store AniBrick ("we", "us", "our"). We operate as a sole trader based in Ireland and sell custom, LEGO-compatible building sets internationally. Contact: 📧 georgeadmin33@gmail.com By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.   1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.

We sell custom, LEGO-compatible building brick sets, with new designs added to our range over time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colours, proportions, and details may vary slightly. Specifications, piece counts, and measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Trademark & Design Disclaimer: AniBrick products are custom, LEGO-compatible building sets. They are not manufactured, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the LEGO Group in any way. "LEGO" is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. Any character-inspired designs sold by AniBrick are original, fan-made interpretations created for creative and decorative purposes; they are not officially licensed, endorsed, or authorised by the copyright or trademark holders of the media they may reference.

Safety Disclaimer: AniBrick sets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Sets are generally recommended for ages 12+ unless otherwise stated on the product listing, and adult supervision is advised for younger builders. Choking hazard — small parts may present a risk if swallowed. Products are intended for display and hobby-building purposes only; use at your own risk and in accordance with the included instructions.

  1. Orders and Contract Formation

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Pricing or description errors occur
  • Payment cannot be processed
  • Delivery is not possible

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days (may be extended during periods of high demand). Estimated delivery time: approximately 2 weeks, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other external factors. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

  1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unbuilt, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, please contact us at 📧 georgeadmin33@gmail.com We will offer a replacement part, replacement set, or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other legal obligations that cannot be excluded under law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
